many of us appreciate this little bit of effort from the publishers to keep ourselves occupied over the daily mundane routine of travelling to work.

that bit abt the newspapers…

now, i saw a great phenomenon at the mrt stn near my place. over at my side, they give out ‘My Paper’. even before the papers reach the train stn at 7am, i can see a long queue of pple waiting for the newspaper. i thot pple just queue for things like the iphone and many years ago, the Hello Kitty. i think the queue thing started lk sometime in aug… wah really very disciplined… all the pple there.

the queue is good in the sense that it allows pple taking the newspapers not block the gantry area and those pple who are late can then rush for the train mah.

but i must say, if a little queue makes everyone happy, why not?

and….
i’ll make sure i haf lotsa light sticks so he can see me from afar… haha (as if!)

btw, do you have a fav song fr lee hom? mine’s ‘kiss goodbye’… so sad, soapy, sweet and everything… before tf came along, was telling some friends i’ll marry whoever sing the song to me. (fyi: tf nva did sing this to me can!).

guess what!! a second upper!!!

a big thank you to:
1) my family –> Pa for sending me to exam venue and wherever and whenever needed.
mummy for preparing tonic for my worn out body. ah ma for pampering me in a way not even the bf would.
2) tf –> for enduring my short temperedness from 05/09/2006 till now. for talking sense into my tensed up soul and for ur understanding. (pamper me mmore k?)
3) to my study mates: lyn,mike,jas,mel,sandra,jaz,jiaxian for sharing tips and notes. (lyn esp, cos she’s the one who always have to listen to my prob… thank you!!)
4) to my gossip monger friends: bing, jenny,xiaowen for talking nonsense and listen to my thots and sharing crazy moments.

tf asked what i want as a reward for finally completing my exam… i asked for nothing. (surprised? hur hur.)

alvi is really grateful. hope she will be motivated to do well. gonna treat myself to bubble tea tonight. *smiles herself silly at the desktop*

looking back at the race, i thot this was one of the races that i enjoyed. pre-race jitters set in esp tf made me face all the embarassment alone. i had to make my own way down to cityhall. guess what, i saw so many pple wearing the same race tee as me la. just as i was trying to cross the road, i saw a guy wearing the same shirt as me… and many more left, right, centre, up, down of my neighbourhood. i guessed we all felt so paiseh at that pt in time. thank u AR, tf!

before the race, got some catch up time with the girls and that really cures some of my nervousness abt the race. oh ya!! and even before the before of the race, tf was sweet enough to offer a $100 reward i can finish the race by the magical timing of 1hr20min. (noe why the reward is so high? cos the lazy bag of bones in me nva really wanna run… so it’s highly possible he didn’t have to part with his money.)

to U… thank you for being there thru out the race although it was not a very smooth race, glad you stood by me, wherever u are. you can be along the bridge, under a tree holding a mineral water bottle, waiting for me to run past. all these, i noe. thank you so much.

after the race, we headed to our ‘lao di fang’ for porridge… wanted to reward myself for my hard work… porridge, grilled chicken wings, deep-fried intestines, tofu… but only had porridge and the intestines cos tf know that i won’t be able to finish so much food.

wish to be able to spend weekends come october.

1) so free nothing much to do at work… been browsing so many others’
2) will be taking up a job starting Oct… has to work shifts, hope my friends can find out more abt me here.
3) i need an avenue to express my feelings
